Left my laundry room a complete mess with dust from blowing out the line that was a little clogged. Didn't bother telling us that we should remove all items before he started, plus he could have at least shut the door so the dust didn't go out of the room. We are elderly and our ceiling are 10 feet tall. I have to hire someone to clean the top shelves and ceiling. He was in a bad mood when he arrived and mood didn't get much better when he left.

dumped the job once they realized more work had to be done. Man said there was a carbon monoxide leak, turned my heater off. He said he would come back and calibrate. Finally send a text to my wife stating we had to call Sears back and reschedule after talking to his boss.

My thermostat is not working now. it was working before the tech came out. I don't know why the tech can not check it out without me paying for them to come out to check if they did something wrong. I think Sear's service is not helping their customer, but to get all the money they can get from you. I wouldn't say I like the idea they want your credit card number first before they come out to repair.

I specifically requested for someone to come out to disinfect and clean my ice maker and check to make sure everything was good.. The lady on the phone reassured me that they always do a thorough job disinfecting as well as making sure everything is in working order. The gentleman that came to my home was very professional and made sure that everything was in working order. But he explained to me that they DO NOT disinfect or thoroughly clean your ice maker. Disappointed that I was misled and paid money for someone just to clean out the bottom of my fridge underneath the actual fridge and that there was no disinfecting going on. I gave one star only because the gentleman was professional and honest, unlike the lady on the phone.

This was a totally unique experience that has me rethinking my agreement with Sears. I was scheduled for a maintenance checkup between the hours of 1pm and 5pm. The Technician arrived supper early, around 11am -12pm, and expected someone at home. I told him he would have to wait until the agreed time and he made a decision to leave. What baffled me the most was the invoices that followed for work he did not perform. Is this the norm without even checking the equipment I have under warranty? Is this normal practice? I am not convinced that Sears is the right choice for the services I am paying for. Not credible in my honest opinion after this unique experience I've ever encountered.

The technician did the tune up for around 5 mins. Since then my HVAC won't stop blowing even the control is off. The same guy did my AC tune up & I saw him spray water around and told me it's done. Also the same guy who said my garbage disposal needs new full system but the other technician fixed it without changing it. Does this technician know what his doing? Please don't send him again next time.

Washer was turned on was told by the sound a part needed replaced. (Wasn't cleaned.) Dryer was looked and and pulled out some lint was removed. Although where the lent trap is nothing was cleaned full of dirt in the bottom. What's the point of sending someone out to do a half *** job. I could clean it myself and do that "good" of a job. Will not use the service again.

Robert was nice and did what he had been sent here to do, but it wasn't even close to what I had requested. I called about dishwasher and treadmill!!!!! Maybe get a real person to handle your customer contacts, or you may wind up with no customers.

I made an appointment for my yearly maintenance for my washer and dryer! Ron took about 10 minutes to do both that including coming to ask for my signature twice to get paid 😂🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
