Was to clean. Did not open or touch machine. I had alert which he did not fix just told me how to bypass it.

Isaac brought a trainee with him for the appointment. What a joke. I stayed in the garage with them. They were not going to vacuum out the dryer until I told them to. The only thing they did to the washer was run part of a medium load. Isaac did not listen to my concerns he just told me the noise I heard when the washer was spinning was normal. I was very disappointed. I would like to have a list of procedures for maintenance on a washer and dryer. Very little was done. I do not want those technicians back. Bad

One of the worst workers I've ever had from Sears, was here 30 minutes even if it was that long. Run the test on washer, the dryer he didn't do much of anything. I've always had them take the cover off dryer and clean out all built up lint, I said something to him about it and he ignored what I said. That's one of the biggest reasons why I'm not renewing my contract for service for my appliances. You can't get nobody to do anything anymore.

Very little effort. Outer shell was not removed. Not sure how it is possible to clean without removing the shell

I feel very little effort was put into cleaning and maintenance. How can you clean and maintain the appliance if you do not remove the shell? I did not hear a vacuum run

This technician just open the doors to my refrigerator looked at the manufacture date and said you need a new compressor. He had me sign my name on the cell phone and left. He checked nothing else.

I was unable to get to my phone in time to immediately make a payment as requested, due to driving conditions in the rain and carrying a toddler. The technician said he would withold work until he was paid showing no patience or effort to be flexible. He kept calling and calling, threatening to leave the job. Will not use this company again.

Technician was unaware what to do. It was a simple preventative maintenance job and did not want to perform the task. In the future I don't want him back as it was a complete waist of everyone's time
