Eatonton, GA, June 2024Unfortunately, I cannot give a good rating. He was so busy telling me what he could not do; I felt he couldn't do much of anything. He changed the wheels around the dryer drum I guess, but he says it may still squeal a bit if overloaded. Well, he left the wheels, they don't look worn out. But he didn't reattach the vent from the dryer to the wall. He didn't fix the door that is scraping because it wasn't closing properly. he didn't push the dryer back in place, but that is because he didn't attach the vent! Then for washer, I was told he would give a yearly cleaning, and he said no, he was only to check to see if it is running properly which he said it did, but I know it doesn't pull the soap down into the washing machine as it should. I asked him to look at that, but no, he couldn't. And he didn't clean the machine at all. I won't call sears back again. You were once a great company; don't know what has happened to you now.

Addison, IL, June 2024This technician was so rude, disrespectful, & very unpleasant. He had an awful attitude the minute he walked in my front door, felt like I was a disservice to him. Seemed like he was mad at the world, angry to be here, & clearly brought it to my home. He was in & out in 10 minutes.

Dayton, OH, March 2024I was pleased to see Stephen this morning. He has been servicing my riding mowers for the past five years. He is always professional, thorough and easy communicator. He did not have a bulb for the headlight, cut he gave me the part so that could replace it. And he showed me how to install the bulb. I would recommend him to my friends who require service to their riding mowers.

Dover, DE, February 2024Michael visited my home on two separate occasions in response to the same work order. During both visits, Michael greeted me by stating that the work could not be performed. The first time, he stated that the weather conditions were too cold to conduct preventative maintenance. During today's visit, he told me that I do not own a heat pump or mini split as the work order states and since I do not own a mini split he could not perform the work. When I showed him that my home has two heating systems one of which is a mini split, he told me that his company does not work on mini splits, so he cannot perform the work. He then called and spoke with two managers who confirmed the accuracy of the work order and reiterated his role in fulfilling it. Unfortunately, the company states that he is only contractor who services HVAC in my area.

White Plains, NY, February 2024James has been to our home 5 times and each time he has came nothing has been solved. When our boiler was not working he told us it was a problem with the tank itself and when seeking external work we found out that was not the case. He also has not ever checked our boiler but just only looked and made a guess which it unacceptable. I don't know how Sears still employs this technician when he never knows what he is talking about and if he is doing this to us who knows how many other customers are experiencing the same problem with him. This man should be fired and not be able to continue to work for Sears. If Sears does not not take action this goes to show how unreliable and useless this company has become starting with its "Senior Technician".

N Fort Myers, FL, February 2024This was the worst service call. He did the least he could do. He didn't clean the dryer. My husband had to show him how to open it up. Not sure what he did. He never turned the dryer on. If he did he would have heard the sound it was making. But I guess because it was the last day of the warranty, sears didn't want to fix anything. I'm not a very happy customer 😒 Ms Ernest
