Oakland, CA, August 2024I am very unhappy with the service performed on my Refrigerator - (1) Alvin said the rubber seal was extremely dry but he didn't replace it. He just used a heat gun to try to soften it. (2) He didn't clean under the refrigerator. He never pulled the bottom front part off to check it. I have never had this problem before with any of the other technicians who came every year. Not happy at all.

Rockford, IL, August 2024He told me that my dog had craped on the floor and he wasn't going to work on those conditions because the carpet was wet and he felt unsafe! I get that but it was his tone, he was loud talking my daughter and he was insisting on payment first and I didn't feel comfortable! So I'm canceling my service! He canceled the call and I will take my business elsewhere!

Monroe Township, NJ, August 2024Very disappointed at Sears' service. They sent someone for servicing my dishwasher who never had his hands on a dishwasher. I've been a long time sears' customer for their home services. Always was happy and always spoke highly. But this time was a disaster.

Bowie, MD, August 2024Unfortunately, he came way before the 1PM-5PM appointment time frame, came with no towel or vacuum (asked if we had one, we gave him one our towels) and brought an attitude. He lives close to us so I understand he wanted to get us in early (8:30-45am). I didn't mind, but I prefer techs arrive at the allotted time and prepared with all their tools. If customers are supposed to have certain items for the techs ready, Sears should tell us. We were under the impression that techs have all their necessary tools to complete the job, we got the washer/dryer bundle for cleaning and maintenance. I'm surprised of the service we got, in a disappointed way. I hope we have a better experience next time.

Whitman, MA, August 2024There was still a ton of dog hair in the folds of the washer door and it wasn't cleaned well at all. Both drums are shiny clean but I could have done that myself. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend you. I will be telling everyone how terrible this was.

Cleveland, OH, August 2024This was the quickest maintenance check I've ever experienced. He never pulled my refrigerator out to check the fan or back of the refrigerator. He didn't open the refrigerator. He put a yellow and black diagnostic tool on the refrigerator and stated " I was all set". I feel like I was shorted and would like for someone to do a thorough inspection please.

Hilton Head, SC, August 2024I was very disappointed with my Sears Home Service today. Your representative, Jeniel, was very professional and displayed good customer service. However, my concern is with the actual minimal amount of maintenance that was performed. Jeneil spent more time "pushing" the home service plan than in examining my existing washer & dryer. The last time I used your maintenance service the technician pulled the units out of the laundry closet, examined all connection fittings, cleaned (snaked) the dryer exhaust duct, examined outside exhaust flow and ran washer & dryer through several short cycles., & performed a computerized analysis of my systems. None of theses tasks were performed today. Jeneil told me these tasks are no longer part of the maintenance plan now. Have purchased nothing but Sears washers & dryers over the past 50 years because of quality & service. So sorry but it has probably come to an end.
