Bowie, MD, August 2024I ordered a technician to check out my LG washing machine, and took advantage of an offer to clean my dryer. The washing machine needs a new motor, and this was scheduled, and the cleaning occurred. I do not know what happened, and the technician seemed to be proficient, but on the first attempt after the cleaning the dryer does not work. The major problem with the service, is that Sears uses "Just Ask Me" to field complaints, and they do nothing, and there seems to be no way to get a response.

Sahuarita, AZ, July 2024Annually we get great service from Glenn for preventative maintenance of our Sears water softener. This year was no different, except he found out we had the possibility of leak in the system and went ahead and ordered the necessary parts for the fix. He is a very knowledgeable technician for the system who always takes his time to talk with the customer about the system.

Waldorf, MD, July 2024The technician never showed up even though I received an email that the technician has arrived. This is the same problem I had with Sears Master Protection Plan when I lived in South Carolina. I thought it would be different in Maryland with more subcontractors available for Sears to use. I will never buy another service plan from Sears again! When you call their customer service, you get someone of asian descent that you barely understand and they are no help. They simply reschedule your appointment and the technician doesn't show up on the new date either. I contacted VISA to request they pursue a refund since I paid for the plan on my credit card. Sears Protection Plan is a SCAM!!!

Buffalo, NY, July 2024Technician diagnosed the problem as a plugged water line. He "cleared" the line. As of today, 7/11/24, there is still significant water collecting under the bottom most drawer.
