San Ramon, CA, July 2024I dont know if this is because Sears has changed the way they pay their staff and subcontractors but this is the first year we have had a maintenance visit and the technician did not clean the washer gasket or explain to us how to take care of it. He did the bare minimum. Not happy. Also the first technician never showed up on the originally scheduled day. Mohammed was a replacement after waiting all day and finally being told at 8 pm that no one was coming. Things are going downhill at Sears.

Ronald W is a tectnician hired by Sears, he stated he was not certified to do our Freezers and refrigerator on the 28th of June, and then Sears sent him to do our annual inspections for the freezers and refrigerator on the 5th of July, so why did Sears send the same person out?

Fremont, CA, July 2024I called for service based on our insurance. However, I was told it's a collect call and we don't have any insurance. Was made to pay before the technician left. Can you please review the process? I believe we have insurance and we made this appointment based on that. Kindly ignore if am wrong.

Byhalia, MS, February 2024I feel he did not do the best compared to others that have been here for my preventative maintenance I get ones a year with my contact. He didn't even check the back of the units. And said there was nothing wrong with dryer as it doesn't stay running if put on the sensor cycle. I've used the normal cycle most of the time. Said I should use the timed cycle.

Wayland, MA, February 2024The technician did a fine job making the necessary repairs. However there some aspects of this service that were disappointing. When the technician first came to our home to assess the problems (there were 2), he did not have the needed parts in his truck, so they had to be ordered. It took 2 weeks for the parts to arrive before a return visit was scheduled. Then the return visit was rescheduled for a week. So, it was well over a month before the refrigerator was fully repaired. During that time, the water fountain and ice making features could not be used because the water was shut off due to the need to replace a water value in the back of the refrigerator. So, the 3 stars reflects the duration of this service repair, not the performance of the technician.
