Mccall, ID, February 2024I had to schedule the appointment four times. The AI Chat bot is a miserable interface. The live agent help line is stuck on a script; does not wait to hear the issue/issues; wants to continue their script; too busy trying to stay on script to hear what is being told. The service tech is awesome. Too bad the support is the opposite.

Ojai, CA, February 2024Bernardo was very professional when he came out to replace the parts needed on his first visit. Unfortunately he told me that there was another part needed & he would order it & come back to replace. That was a month ago, I did not hear back so I had to call & see what happened. I was told the contract was closed. I explained I was still waiting to finish the repair. Bernardo came out today & told me I would need a whole new door because the part needed was no longer available. I just wish I had been notified about this without waiting a month & had to reach out to see what was going on.

Elmhurst, IL, October 2024To begin with the scheduler had our address wrong and we were unable to bypass the automated message. I was able to finally talk with a Customer Rep in a different department who was able to notify repair We had an appointment to fix the dryer and check and clean the washer. They rescheduled our appointment and when they came they didn't have parts and wouldn't check the washer. Will not use again;

Williamsburg, VA, October 2024Polite technician but we called for a resolution to mold in the washer. All he did was run diagnostics and told us to run the washer multiple times with cleaners. We expected cleaning to be part of the service.

Prosper, TX, October 2024I paid for a service that wasn't done in total. He checked the washer and dryer and let it run. Turned to the oven and realized that sears doesn't service Viking. He said he checked my fridge and it was running properly and it's not. Nothing in the fridge is cold AT ALL. I paid for this bundle service and I feel like it was a stop by. Now I have to pay someone again to service my fridge. All food is lost..

Union, NJ, October 2024A few years ago (less than four) the preventive maintenance performed on my oil furnace was great. The tech would delve into the system and do a thorough check to also include changing the oil filter and bleeding the system. Now all we get is a quick visual inspection of whether the furnace comes on and call it a day. I can see why Sears reputation is less than stellar. We were given a time frame between 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon. The tech did not show up until 1:30 PM. I had to cancel my doctor's 1:30 appt. Not very happy with the service provided by Sears Home Warranty services.
