Reading, PA, February 2024The technician was fine, BUT I was told that it would be a Sears tech and that is not what happened. I am very disappointed with Sears for 3rd party service.

Byhalia, MS, February 2024I feel he did not do the best compared to others that have been here for my preventative maintenance I get ones a year with my contact. He didn't even check the back of the units. And said there was nothing wrong with dryer as it doesn't stay running if put on the sensor cycle. I've used the normal cycle most of the time. Said I should use the timed cycle.

Wayland, MA, February 2024The technician did a fine job making the necessary repairs. However there some aspects of this service that were disappointing. When the technician first came to our home to assess the problems (there were 2), he did not have the needed parts in his truck, so they had to be ordered. It took 2 weeks for the parts to arrive before a return visit was scheduled. Then the return visit was rescheduled for a week. So, it was well over a month before the refrigerator was fully repaired. During that time, the water fountain and ice making features could not be used because the water was shut off due to the need to replace a water value in the back of the refrigerator. So, the 3 stars reflects the duration of this service repair, not the performance of the technician.

Mccall, ID, February 2024I had to schedule the appointment four times. The AI Chat bot is a miserable interface. The live agent help line is stuck on a script; does not wait to hear the issue/issues; wants to continue their script; too busy trying to stay on script to hear what is being told. The service tech is awesome. Too bad the support is the opposite.

Ojai, CA, February 2024Bernardo was very professional when he came out to replace the parts needed on his first visit. Unfortunately he told me that there was another part needed & he would order it & come back to replace. That was a month ago, I did not hear back so I had to call & see what happened. I was told the contract was closed. I explained I was still waiting to finish the repair. Bernardo came out today & told me I would need a whole new door because the part needed was no longer available. I just wish I had been notified about this without waiting a month & had to reach out to see what was going on.

Pleasanton, CA, April 2025Allen called to let me know he was 36 minutes away from my house but he is not allowed to work on Pedestal washers and I need to call Sears to make an appointment with a Pedestal washer person. I waited weeks for this appointment and was sent the wrong person. I think Allen did a great job informing me of his job but I am very disappointed in Sears for sending a repairman to repair a Pedestal washer when he was not allowed to repair a pedestal washer. I had many many emails confirming that someone would come to repair my pedestal washer, but not one time did it say anything about the person was not able to work on the pedestal washer. WHAT!!!!! I waited all day to NOT get the thing repaired and now no one is answering the phone because it's after hours. Not my fault that it wasn't repaired, and not Allens. This is not the way repair a Sears product!!
