JOHNNY CALLED AHEAD WHEN IN ROUTE AND WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PROFFESSIONAL AND HAD THE MACHINE FIXED IN NO TIME WITH PARTS HE HAD BROUGHT WITH HIM!!! MACHINE WORKING GOOD AT THIS TIME!!!!

Changed parts, left drawers on the floor
The Good: Called ahead to confirm he was on the way soon, advised where we were in the queue and confirmed that we had parts on hand. Arrived when promised. Quickly changed out the defective parts. The freezer worked all night. But… The unacceptable: Tony did not return the drawers to our bottom drawer freezer on our refrigerator that had been removed by the previous sears technician. We are likely to use Sears Appliance Repair again. The first technician showed up the same morning we called in and ordered parts. The time allowed for the parts to arrive was too long and we had parts 2 full days before the return appointment. Great for Sears, not so much for us without our freezer unit and having to cycle the power on and off to keep the fridge on top cool. Much better than $2K for a new fridge/freezer.

Not happy
The technician was polite. However he never tested the dishwasher. It still is not drying the dishes. Please send someone back to fix it correctly

He was nice, but didn't really fix it.
He was very nice and courteous, but we could never replicate the error, and then 1 hour after he left, the error came back. Wish he would have investigated better to figure out the issue, I'm not bringing you guys back just to pay another $100+ to tell me the same thing….

Not sure what "review Title" means but, Refrigerator prob.
Refridge making noises. parts sent ahead of Tech. Based on description given. Tech arrived, "Refridge not replicating problem" per tech. Side cover of ice maker removed to look at, However tech did not remove cover of motor and gears to icemaker. Tech looked at back of refridge peeked thru cardboard on lower portion of fridge. Tech paused to discuss "Home warranty Program" Sales pitch. Tech gathered shipped parts and left grumbling in a low tone, and then said have a good day. We have maintained a protection agreement for several years and though nothing was apparent as a problem, I would think at the least a preventative maintenance of some kind could have been done. As tech sat in his vehicle he must have closed out the service ticket. I received Emails to that effect, that appeared to require a signature. I was not asked to do so. Perhaps that is the practice.
