technician never came
Got confirmation that technician would come diagnose my ge washer. He never showed but I got email saying it was completed. I need help called sears they said call best buy.bestbuy said call sears , Such a mess. Worst service ever.

Dishwasher
Our dishwasher is still broken! He had the two parts that were ordered. But the dishwasher does not work!

Post refrigerator repair/check
Terrible experience. Wasn't even sure he was a Sears tech from A&E. No uniform. Shirts and knee socks. No A&E patch. He was rude. Disrespectful of care of my floor and me. Was argumentative and condescending. In all my years of business with Sears and techs, some not knowing what they were doing, some too dirty to come in my home, (dome asking to use my restroom which is not kosher, I do not have a public restroom) etcbut never have I had a so called tech come looking like he did. Treat me as he did and leave without a ticket to sign. Not only that when u got the completed email later, it had a big X in the signature box. I did not put that there. The. After sever phone calls I was told another tech would b out today and then they said give us 48 hours. And I ask for Victor. I was really frustrated and upset over this. I didn't mark a star because it didn't warrant even one! Well it would not let me post without a star so had to put 1.!

I am completely disappointed with Sears service. I thought surely it would get fixed the third try. I waits well over 24 hours to see if would be fixed this time Iit is NOT COOLING AT ALL. Don
