Harrold came when he said he would. He was very friendly. He, within roughly three minutes, diagnosed why the dryer would not work--a broken switching device. It required 4 or 5 minutes to complete the replacing of this switch. Thank you, Harrold!

I guess okay. I wasn't impressed with A&E. The first service guy said our whirlpool sounded just like his. Said there was nothing wrong! We told him the noise had recently started. He finally agreed to try a new clutch part. Today the service man went right to work and put in the new parts. The washer is working great!

Terrific tech
We have a Sears repair contract on our appliances. We prefer Johnny B. as our tech. He knows his stuff. Plus he is a nice guy, good interpersonal skills. I am 80 years old and have never had a better working tech than Johnny.
