Great Service
I recently had Matthew out to repair a freezer drawer. He is a fantastic technician and I'm always glad when he comes because he will Always make sure it is fixed correctly the first time. Sears Home Warranty is a good service and the increased availability in my area is much appreciated. The online service works well but a better voice based solution for difficult questions is needed. Very frustrating when you need to speak to a live person.

This company does an excellent job at fixing appliances they explain in detail the issues and show you the problems. Once the parts come in they are ready to install ASAP . Their prices are reasonable !

Diagnose repair of clothes washer
Michael was excellent....courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to completely explain what happened to the washer and how it needed to be repaired. We have had much experience with A&E repairmen over the years, and Michael is one of the best we have encountered!
