Service technician
Our service technician was great! Very kind and respectful while fixing our Dishwasher. The only down fall on sears is communicating with the chat and call center is the worst experience ever. I wpuld never recommend anyone to have to deal with the call or chat line. The technician who came and fixed our absolutely would recommend him anyone he is an asset to sears and the only person we enjoyed working with through out this entire experience.
