Michael is an excellent technician and has serviced our appliances in the past. He kept me informed each step of the way and is always professional and courteous. That said, I am very concerned about the new appointment system that SEARS is using. First, my parts never arrived and are actually unavailable. This appointment therefore was a massive waste of everyone's time. You are unable to contact a real person even when calling the customer service number on the appointment notice. Appointments are always between 8am-5pm and the system does not update to narrow down a time, so you must wait the entire day (sometimes after 5pm). Technicians are only given the appointments as the AI "robot" drops them into their cue, so they do not even have a heads-up to give to customers. Since SEARS can charge a service fee for missed appointments, this is very frustrating. As I said, since the repair parts we're unavailable, this became a waste of everyones time. I truly appreciate Michael keeping me updated as I am still waiting to hear from a Sears representative to determine the next steps under our warranty.

Michael was here on time and very Pleasent. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and pleasent to work with. if only all maintenance personnel were as professional, not that most aren't professional, but he was very nice about it. some make you feel stupid because you don't know as much as they do so why in the world would you have done this to your machine, didn't you know it would break this???. He was very nice and explained why it problebly did what it did. Oh Yeah your right that is exactly what I did. You are so smart! Wow! Nice to know and nice to know he may have thought that I was not so smart but he didn't let me think he thought that! Very courtous. I would enjoy having him come any time to work om my appliances, and the dogs loved him. Not easy to pleasetwo german shepherds and a 85 lb.baby pit.

Washing machine fixture.

The technical did a fabulous job at diagnosing the problems through our phone call/text and was able to order the appropriate parts. Outside of the technician field the only issue, it being very severe, would be the scheduling department with the AI. I had to reschedule numerous times, approximately 10 plus, in order to have a technician to see the order number. Still waiting to get in contact with a supervisor/manager with sears operations/scheduling. 10/10 recommend Samuel T. for their services as they did a fantastic job.
