Tim -not Samual was Amazing!
Tim took my job after another team could not make only because he was working another job still at 7 pm. Yes, well past the 8 - 3 pm scheduled appointment this dedicated team pressed on. He tested the works and pulled out motor, check every wire, a few boards and you name he pulled the schematics and reset everything. Sears Team is the team I would ask to service every time.. They came at 7 and left at almost 9 pm with everything working. The lead was lead by a mentor (Tim) that helped educate not only hard working employee's eager to learn, but help the customer with all his knowledge. The two young lads are keepers for Sears as they will keep the customer services Sears is know for moving forward. Hats off to Tim! If Sears does not give hime a bonus Multi K bonus this year they need to call me for help to do the right thing.
