Washer
From start to finish Ken was 5 Star! He was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me helpful information in the event I would have to replace my washer. It restored my faith in the service industry that there are still some wonderful individuals who are caring and willing to go beyond it's just a job' attitude. Thank you Ken!

Late, But Problem Solved
Tim, along with his apprentice Thomas, arrived an hour and half late from promised time. The repair was completed effectively in about an hour. Tim and Thomas were polite and knowledgeable. They left the work area neat before departing.
