Sears and Thor disagree and I'm stuck in the middle.
Chuck was very polite and sounded very professional. However, his manager indicated to him that Sears does not have a contract with Thor and therefore the trip was wasted. Considering this is the third attempt to service the unit this is becoming difficult to except. Thor insists that they do have a contract with Sears yet we could not discuss this problem with the manager over the phone thus the wasted two-way trip. Hard to run a profitable business this way. And I cannot say I am satisfied with Sears as a service provider.

Great service, terrible wait times.
Matthew provides us with excellent service. However, we are not happy with waiting 8am to 5pm to receive his excellent service. We see your trucks pass our neighborhood and never stop here. It doesn't seem like very good dispatching of your resources. We waited all day on October 4th for our service, only be emailed at 8:30 PM that we had been rescheduled for the 12th of October. That type of problem has become more frequent the pass several years. That makes us hesitate to renew our contract.

Michael serviced 5 of our appliances
Michael provides outstanding service. He is very professional and courteous. HOWEVER, the schedule time of arrival is unsatisfactory. A window of 8am to 5pm is too long. We see your vehicles come pass our neighborhood several times a day and don't stop here. Then at 8:30 in the evening we receive a text from you rescheduling our service for a week later. It makes us hesitate to renew our service next year.
