Mike was awesome. He was on time and was very experienced. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the stove, ordered the correct repair parts, and came back to do the install. He was very professional and courteous. Quality service provided.

I appreciate having a tech, that is experienced and knowledgeable about the appliance that they are working on. @SEARS please adjust your time scheduling! A tech will arrive between 8am to 5pm, is absolutely ludicrous! If this wasn't a home warranty claim, I would have hired another company. Solely because of a tech will be at my home, sometime, within 9 hours?! The customer's time matters too! #DOBETTERSEARS
