The initial person I spoke to to schedule the appointment was very confusing. She did not explain things as well as I would've liked. I told her I did not want to proceed with the appointment. However, the appointment continued and it worked out. I was able to have someone at the house in time for the evaluation. The technician, Justin was excellent. Your automated system or initial system is very poor.

Seriously...all other humans take note...Thomas is an example for us all! Extremely polite and courteous, just a true pleasure having him at our house. I even forgot he was fixing our Washing Machine!!! He is a true example of what our community should be.
