I explained that I could not run the machine without the automatic soap dispenser in it because I cannot raid my hands over my shoulders (my heart stops when I do) …. Anyway - I explained that even if that took care of the problem I could not do it and he agreed that I couldn't / shouldn't. Sounds like many people have the same washer problem that we do. 🫤. We also explained that we regularly clean our machine with HE washer cleaner … we mark it on our calendar and do it every 3 months. We prop the door open so air can get inside our front loader washer. Hopefully him cleaning out some little holes that we could not get to (or should not get to) will help. Thanks for your interest and your help with service.

We purchased a service policy because today's appliances are junk. Takes too long to get a technician to your home. You expect the customer to be at home all day from 7 to 4 waiting for the technician. How is a customer paying for the service. By going to work. You're technician is burnt out. He needs. Deserves and should retire.

We thought the plastic cover which houses the controls for the Kenmore dryer was secured properly but it's not & actually worse than before the repair parts were put on, seems like wrong parts were ordered initially before repair man came today. Please schedule another repair to secure the plastic cover properly. We prefer not to rate todays repair, we are not satisfied.

Refrigerator
I am still waiting on someone to come back out and do the repairs on my refrigerator freezer icemaker. All the parts that Bryan ordered has come in already. I called over a week ago and no one has come back to complete the work. This is my second time addressing this work order. All of the other work has been completed except this one. Thanks.

Ice maker replacement

Excellence Service. Fixed the first time.
Our compression went out suddenly. Elijah, the service tech, was spot on. He diagnosed our issue during the first visit. Parts were ordered onsite and arrived within 3 days. And early the following week he replaced defective parts and restore the use of our refrigerator. I would commend him and his service again. Thank you!

Can't use refrigerator under the warranty
Unfortunately the technician couldn't find the cause of temperature fluctuate in the freezer up to 40 degrees and the refrigerator compartment up to the 50 degrees. I still can't use refrigerator because food getting bad.

Sucks
Wasn't fixed have to wait for a 3rd appointment now. It's going on 2 months and air still isn't fixed!😠

should bring his own fire ext.
burnt up the pump on my dishwasher and now sears will not replace the unit!! filled my kitchen with smoke then asked if i had a FIRE EXTINGUISHER!!!1 now i am with out a dishwasher.... THANKS A LOT..

All he did was complain. New home and he scratched our walls. Banging his tools off door frames that were dented. He said he was retiring soon so didn't care. Very unprofessional. He did fix the unit but damaged our new home in the process
