Great technician but appointment window could use some updat
Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable. He got to work immediately and kept me informed along the process. The area that was most frustrating was the appointment setting. I called as soon as I had the issue and it was a week out before I could get an appointment. Then the window for the service was 7 am- 4 pm. The tracker for the technician wasn't accurate and it was showing 7pm that they would show. Our technician came at 4:05 and apologized. I know he has nothing to do with it and not the one to be frustrated with. I am ok with waiting for a few hours like every other company but 9 hours is too long. I lost an entire day and felt like a prisoner in my own home.

Clean up
Very helpful in making a decision about repair of the refrigerator. I would prefer if you use parts were taken with the repair man and the floor cleaned after servicing refrigerator.

Bosch Refrigerator repair
Doug is a friendly tech. On his previous call, he determined the refrigerator needed a new circuit board, which he ordered. On 9/30, he returned & installed the new board. He was comfortable this new board will cure the ice maker and freezer problem. Unfortunately, this did not fix the ice maker.. Another service call is scheduled for 9/6.

A/c not putting out cold air.
After tech left, I went immediately and bought and installed a new filter. He turned the unit on at around 1 P. M. At the time the outside temp was about 80, it ultimately got up to 83. My inside temp never got below 80. I placed a thermometer on the air duct and it never got below 79. At 9 P. M. It was still 80 inside and 74 outside..I moved the thermostat to 80 it cycled off. My response to the question>> it is operating exactly as it was before the service. I plan to engage a local company here in Washington and have it diagnosed. I will look to you and/or CHW for reimbursement .. Thank you .. J. French

Washing machine still malfunctions
It still does not drain half the time, still is NOT using the auto detergent feature.

Finally fixed!
I received my service after waiting a whole day till 6 pm for a tech to come and was told at 6 he wasn't able and was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Thomas DID come relatively early and replaced the part in my freezer. He seemed uninterested in doing the vacuuming maintenance service because he said my frig was too tight in the space. He has been the only one so far who was unable to do that. I am glad this service has fixed my frig/freezer, and it was covered in the cost of the plan.
