K Jai Moorthy - I'm not sure I understand this question.
experience has been generally positive lately. One year ago the experience was terrible in terms of scheduling appointments for maintenance and we had a horrible experience when our washer broke down. After waiting for 2 months and dozens of calls, we finally gave up and bought a new one.

GE dishwasher
The technician was great, he worked quickly to resolve our issue. The motherboard went out, we had to wait a couple weeks for the parts to come in and to get a technician out.

Ok
He tried to tell the person at my house he was only there to fix the water line when they tried to explain the situation and would not let them finish. I had put in the description of my report that it was ice machine that wasn't working. He didn't even look at that. He then stated that he would look at the water line himself because the technicians didn't always know what they were talking about when they filled in the repair request. He was rather arrogant, not wanting to even listen to what I was trying to say, and he spoke negatively about other employees.
