Professional technician, repeatedly delayed service calls
In early Oct. we made a Kitchen (3 appliances) & Laundry (2 appliances) "Bundle" appointment. Two technicians arrived promptly as promised (7:30a) and performed cleaning & maintenance services for our refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Both tech's were friendly & professional, taking time to explain recommended maintenance procedures. However, three days later the clothes dryer drum would not rotate properly, so we called for a follow-up "service" appt. The first avail. appt. was in 5 work days (too long) so I requested "before 12:30p." To my disappointment, that 5-day advance "follow-up possible poor workmanship" appt. did NOT occur on the day scheduled. My original 9:35a "RECALL (urgent)" appt. became 11:15a & then 12:45p, 4:15p & 5:45p (I only got these updates my repeatedly "refreshing" the on-line Appt. screen with my laptop throughout the day) ... with NO phone call updates at all (keeping me home UNNECESSARILY all day & making me miss work). Even worse, the reschedule was NOT the next day... it was 2 days later! Again, NO PHONE call explanation of any kind... so frustrating to have no working dryer for 7 addit'l days! Even more disappointing was the lack of (1) urgency and (2) communication for my non-operational dryer!!!
Two days later, my 10:30a appt. was again delayed (NO text or phone call notifications), this time until 12:05p & then "1:35p"... although Gregory arrived at 12:53p and apologized for being late (he saw my "before 12:45p request, not realizing that was actually for the first follow-up appt. two days before that never happened). Gregory was very professional and thoroughly inspected the dryer to identify possible causes for the dryer drum to not rotate properly. I was very pleased with Greg's follow-up visit and personalized attention. Overall, I was VERY disappointed in the need for a follow-up visit, the lack of ANY phone or text notifications when (repeated) delays occurred... on both "follow-up" days.
