Refrigerator repair
The technician was nice but the fridge is still not repaired. After replacing three parts plus some prior to this appointment it is still not repaired. The icemaker doesn't work the fridge is not cooling and the freezer is not freezing. He replaced the compressor, the icemaker, and one other item. Very disappointing. And Sears is very hard to get in touch with a person to help. I waited over three weeks for this repair and was hopeful that it would be fixed. Very upsetting. 😥

Not fixed properly
John was extremely nice and professional, however, I am not pleased with the way my washer was fixed. It was not installed properly.
