He was great in communicating when he eas going to get there but when he called at the end he didn't say anything about my AC but said to call him back. I have now called 5 times and have not gotten any call back. I paid the service fee but don't know what I paid for. Very sad communication when it matters most.

I waited long and still not spinning to dry clothes

First appointment was cancelled on the day of appointment. I waited for open date to reschedule and had to get another day off from work. Matthew was pleasant but I wished he tested to make sure the washer is spinning so I don't have to wait and get another day off from work to reschedule. I hope my third day off from and over a month of waiting for service, it will be done right on my next appointment. It will help too if I will be the first appointment to free up the rest of my day.

I was not happy with the service provided by Matthew. He replaced one of the surface regulator switches and it did not fix the problem. He preceded to tell me it was operator error and that the switch still functioned fine. I then showed him how it just spins and doesn't allow me to turn it off. He even had trouble with it and said that he was going to call the warranty company and he would be right back. He went and got into the truck and left without another word. He gets a star above 1 because he called me sir.

I don't want to rate, your guy was very nice but showed me on dial what happening and was timer and don't make anymore, he saw where water would not come in. After he put board back in place, he never went back to see if water turn on, therefore I got another repair place to see for I really can't afford to buy new washer and dryer since mine are a stackable. I got another repair guy this afternoon and he tried and the water came in, obviously must have been a short and putting cover back on, triggered this but your guy never tried it again after panel screwed back, I got another guy with $75 to come and look and nothing appeared wrong which I could have saved this money if your guy had followed through. Seems a short. So no, I'm not impressed with your service and will not use again. Thanks, Johnnie Jones

Still not working!

Christopher came in a timely manner, was very polite and did what he thought would work. However the Kitchen aid stand alone ice maker is still not working. Please help us! We have a large family and we need our ice maker to work!

Jesse, it's taking over an hour and half to preheat to 350, and still not there. Turned top on incase of air in line. I have a temp gauge inside and it's correct via temp showing. Please advice
