He didn't explain the problem to me or my wife he spoke with my 11 year old daughter and when I tried to call and find out no answer.

Wastes of 2 months of my life
I called in this repair request on Sept. 26, and was schedule for a technician for 6 Oct. That was cancelled and parts were order without anyone coming out to check the problem and the parts went backorder until approximately 6 Nov. A tech showed up yesterday and installed the part and declared the problem solved. I wasn't home and my wife accepted the tech's declaration. Upon review, i have the same issue as I had on 26 Sept., NO ICE, NO WATER thru door. Thanks SEARS!!!!

I called after the original work order was put in to update my phone number and it took me a very long time and many calls to get someone to speak with who was overseas and told me they updated my phone number it was never updated. My follow-up was not completed because they said they could not get a hold of me. The online ability to update my contact info would not let me update the phone number. The emails they send out do not let you respond back to update anyone on the contact info. They pretty much make it impossible to update or talk to anyone prior to the visit. The technician who came out was very good the first time and I can't tell you about the second time because they never showed up to the above issues. So, my rating is not on the technician but on the customer service capabilities, it's not his fault his company has such a poor system and customer service. the chat line is a bot that does not give you the option of fixing my issue and does not let you type in anything.
