Sears Service by Andrew H

This morning Andrew H came to our house to fix the icemaker on our Sears Refrigerator. He is the fifth technician to come to fix the ice maker. Of the 5 prior technicians who came none was able to properly determine the problem why it wasn't making ice and the first to tear the icemaker apart and find the problem and FIX it. He is absolutely an expert on refrigerator repairs and a true professional willing to go the extra mile to fix the problem! Andrew is a tremendous credit to the Sears Repair service. I will by name request him for future repairs! Well done Andrew!
