Excellent service from technician
Matthew W. was on time , knowledgeable, and friendly. Although scheduling made an error and scheduled a different technician for the installation of the replacement part, Matthew was able to get it corrected as I was unable to speak to an actual person in scheduling. Matthew made sure our refrigerator was down for a minimum amount of time. Thank you, Matthew. You definitely earned the 5 stars.

Repair appointment with Jimmy
He was very pleasant and he at least got it going. We're still not happy with the repair as a whole. It is so loud that you cannot stay in the same room when it is operating. This fiasco has been going on for 22 months now. What would make us happy is the return of the amount that we paid for the service contract which was $300.00 + We would then use those funds to go toward the purchase of a new washer as this one is now over 12 years old.
