Washer repair
Washer still not working. The technician has ordered MORE parts. This has turned into a farce. The technicians are not to blame. The ineptitude of the warranty department to live up to the terms of our warranty and REPLACE the washer in a timely manner is costing your company more money than replacing the washer. Live up to the contract and cut your losses. This has been going on since February of 2023.
