Sears service on washer
John was a wonderful service rep. All product seem to have been working. Went on vacation the 11th of august 2023. Returned 21 august . Heard water dripping followed the sound and the sears washer was half full of water.

John, called and said he would be at my house in 4045 minutes and he was there in 40 minutes. He service my washer and dryer and did it efficiently and find any questions he answered them and he went above and beyond to get everything complete. He is a Credit to Sears as he is a very professional individual.

Samsung Dryer Repair
Larry was an awesome technician. He was very thorough and provided valuable information. What did not go well was the scheduling. The time between receiving the parts and when the technicians could return to install the parts was ridiculous. The second install started in May and was not concluded until the end of July. We went all summer without a dryer either waiting on the 'correct' parts to arrive or for the technician to be scheduled to be able to return to the house. Sears needs to hire more technicians.
