Christopher was prompt, friendly, efficient, professional, and personable. He kept his visit brief and to the point. He was careful concerning movement of my refrigerator, as well. My servicemen Larry did an amazing job servicing my washer and dryer. He went for beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs. I feel your business needs to work on customer service the representatives that take the calls for services needed. They are not easy to understand or communicate with. I also feel the wait time is too long for a service call. I placed a call in middle July and an appointment was scheduled for September. Thank you for allowing me to share my opinion.
