The technician did a good job because he just adjusted a screw.  Your customer service sucks because it took 3 days to get this appointment right including wrong address and rescheduled appointment without notifying customer. 

I was very disappointed in the system until yesterday when the representative was able to fix the problem with the scheduling.  I appreciate the help she was able to give us and her willingness to help us out.

David was great.  He was prompt, examined the dryer, and diagnosed the problem quickly.  He explained the issues and what needed to be done.  He fixed the issues with no problems.  Dryer is running great now.
