Dwight was great but I'll never use Sears again
Dwight was excellent and really worked hard to fix the fridge. HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER USE SEARS AGAIN! It took over a month to get the fridge fixed after they came to access it when it broke. It was escalated three times during that month and although I was told that I would get a call back each time I NEVER received a single call. The last time I called they had told me that the work order had been completed and was closed when no one had been back to fix it. It was a nightmare. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dwight. He went above and beyond.

Rogelio's servcie was the best I've had. Sears parts replacement was the worse I have ever experienced. I had a broken icemaker that needed to be replaced. Replacement parts were obtained 3 times and none of the parts worked. I don't understand how an original Sears bought Refrigerator could not be repaired. None of the replacement parts worked. I have been out of ice for over three weeks. This is not the Sears Company I grew up with (I'm 75 years old).
