Daniel was great
Got the part ordered. The problem was getting Sears to actually send someone out to install it. That took 2 weeks because the computer showed the part was not delivered when it was delivered to my home. Once we got someone on the phone and don't get me started on how hard that was, we finally got a time set up. Daniel probably sensed our frustration. He was fantastic and had the part installed in no time.
