Glassboro, NJ, December 2024Kaamil cleaned the coils on my refrigerator. However, when he pulled the refrigerator out he hit a wall and damaged the front door. How do I go about getting this repaired?

Oak Creek, WI, November 2024Nice guy but his work ethics need some work. I have a recurring issue with my fridge. Instead of looking at my historical profile from last year,he ignored ut and told me to call back if it doesn't clear up in a few days. He didnt fix anything. It took me 4 months to get the issue resolved last year. So here I go starting all over again. This is frustrating!!!!!

Carrollton, VA, November 2024The technician arrived prepared to check a heat-pump rather than a gas furnace; even though, I had told the service rep that we have a gas forced-air furnace. He did not like having to position a ladder to access the attic area where the system is located. When I provided him with a ladder, he was still not happy with the ceiling access. He did not take his tool bag up with him. His total visit lasted no more than 15 minutes. He did offer to change the filter, and is the only service tech I have had in 11 years to do that (it was only in place two weeks, so did not need changing). I have never had a technician complain about the ceiling access to the furnace in the 11 years I have been having service performed annually.

Elmhurst, IL, October 2024To begin with the scheduler had our address wrong and we were unable to bypass the automated message. I was able to finally talk with a Customer Rep in a different department who was able to notify repair We had an appointment to fix the dryer and check and clean the washer. They rescheduled our appointment and when they came they didn't have parts and wouldn't check the washer. Will not use again;

Williamsburg, VA, October 2024Polite technician but we called for a resolution to mold in the washer. All he did was run diagnostics and told us to run the washer multiple times with cleaners. We expected cleaning to be part of the service.

Prosper, TX, October 2024I paid for a service that wasn't done in total. He checked the washer and dryer and let it run. Turned to the oven and realized that sears doesn't service Viking. He said he checked my fridge and it was running properly and it's not. Nothing in the fridge is cold AT ALL. I paid for this bundle service and I feel like it was a stop by. Now I have to pay someone again to service my fridge. All food is lost..
