Howard came out to help fix my washing machine which had decided to flood my garage. I had explained to the call center when scheduling that we had checked the exterior hoses and none were damaged or had blockages. I shared my thoughts that it may be a seal or interior hose and provided the model number and date of purchase of my washer as well. She told me that the information was very helpful and would ensure the tech had the right parts with them to fix the issue on the day of the call. Howard arrived and quickly got to work trying to diagnose the issue which he quickly determined to be a broken interior water hose. Unfortunately, he did not have the parts with him to fix the issue, nor was there one nearby so he had to order them. The parts should come in 3-7 days, the same time frame they had to order the parts from the day I scheduled to the appointment date. Howard was professional and polite but I took off a star for not having the parts with him. That could be the fault of the call center not giving him the info I provided or some other issue, but regardless, I'm left feeling a bit frustrated over still being unable to wash clothes and having to take more time off work again next week.

Technician was very nice and polite but didn't have the equipment that he needed to perform the task. He had to go to the store to purchase what he needed causing a 45 minute wait time for me.

The email notification of the service appointment stated that the technician would call 15 minutes prior to reaching the address. We did not get a call prior and instead while he was already onsite. This feature should be firmly implemented since we need to travel to the site. Unfortunately we did not get to meet the technician but just spoke with him over the phone.

He did not have his own truck, so he did not have all the equipment he needed. He forgot to suction out the drain line until we were talking about outside and he said oh I forgot, I'll do that now; yes, I was not very impressed. He had been here before, so he knew what to do. It seemed like he had something else on his mind.
