The service call was adequate. I asked a lot of questions about the machines performance and how to clean the lint trap. This was explained to me, but why make it so difficult to get a vacuum appliance in order to clean the filter? Also I was asked to sign a number (4-5) blank cell phone areas without an opportunity to see what I was signing. This is just WRONG

He was prompt, pleasant and friendly. However I feel he didn't try hard enough to pull out my refrigerator so all he did was check the temperatures. I think he needed to pull it out so he could clean the coils as other service people did. It's a lot of money for a contract to only check the temperatures. He did check the cost to renew my policy which I don't think I will do as it's expensive and I don't think I got my moneys worth.
