Southborough, MA, September 2024This wasted 4 days of my time. Cancelations, notices of tech coming. Day after day. Impossible to get answers. Frustrating and a time suck from daily duties. Sears and A&E must do better. Once tech arrived job completed.

The only possible complaint I have is that the estimated time of arrival was off by 1 1/2 hours and the web "track your technician" system was showing him being a lot farther away than he really was. I.E. it wasn't working at all.

Lynnwood, WA, August 2024Had my annual Microwave, Range, and Refrigerator inspected per my existing Protection Plan Agreement by this person today. Very cheerful and knowledgeable. No complaints about him nor the work performed. The one reason I dropped a star is because after the appointment was over, I received a phone call and email to tell me that the appointment for the microwave inspection was now rescheduled, when it had been just done minutes earlier... A phone call to SEARS got full appointment statused as "complete", but you need to give your techs the old tablets back, because the phone-sized devices may be easier to cause errors like this.
