Good service
Willie was very nice. Would be nice if Sears would supply the technicians with parts that commonly go out on washers/dryers, or whatever appliance it is, so that they would not have to come back to fix the appliance. Very inconvenient for home owner.

Professional
Hoping all is ok, but no glitch. Sears on the otherhand would have been a 0 Star. You can't talk to any supervisor when there is an issue and the customer service people are reading from a script and can't do anything. I called 6 times to find out where my worker was and where I was on the list. I had no email, text or voice mail from anyone. I wasted an entire day waiting as nobody showed up. All I had from an email is that my appt would be anywhere between 8-5. They rescheduled me the next day after telling me they had to wait 24 hours. I was afraid the same would happen. They had a phone call recording that stated a 1 1/2 hour wait period and I was 4th on the list. Each person they day before said they sent a priority email to the worker to call me. NO CALL. A waste of a work day, along with having to be around today prior to my phone call and email. Why couldn't they do that yesterday???????????? 1st experience with Sears, too. UHG!
