Jordan Did a Good Job
Jordan was very efficient and got our refrigerator running great. We have no problem with Jordan. The fact that there was no phone number to call to speak with a real person was a problem. Parts were late, but when installation date was rescheduled 4 days later, that was a problem for us. Too many days with no refrigerator.

Charles came today to fix my washer, He has excellent customer service; Is extremely attentive to accuracy and detail; gave a thorough analysis of the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. (He also cleaned the dryer). I highly recommend Charles.
