Review of appt process
I called for a maintenance appointment for my oven. I have a 5 year protection plan. The appointment was made for my microwave. I corrected the person making the appointment and was told it didn't matter. Later I got a call asking if I could change the appointment day. Once again I told the person the appointment said for my microwave not my oven. I was told again it didnt matter. But as you know it does matter. Alexander was great about it. Not only was the online procedure to make these appointments cumbersome and confusing but I wasted a day today. Alexander was the only good thing about this non appointment.

The issue is mainly that Samsung refrigerators are designed bad and they constantly leak water.

My experience with the company on the other hand. Is one of the worst I've ever experienced from any company. They can't get the phone number right, they postpone your appointment because of computer issues without notifying you. And after two redirected appointments they still don't put you at the top of the list since they are the ones that produced all the problems. And most of all there's no one to talk to, it's either computer input or an office that has nothing to do with the workers that do the work. My better business review of this company is a zero.
