Fast and efficient
They were in and out in about 15 minutes. Super quick, friendly, and most important my dishwasher works again. They even explained a bit about the sounds I was hearing and what was happening. I'd book them again in a heartbeat to fix anything in my kitchen.

While I was pleased with the technician, I am NOT pleased with A&E!! It took FOUR service requests before someone actually was able to show up!! And you can't reach a human being; you just have to reapply for the next day when no one shows!!!
