Service was very fast. Showed up pretty early so we didn't spend the day waiting.. The serviceman didn't talk very much.. just got the job done and left..

We grave been without a refrig for 4 plus weeks / what happened to the next day service.? Lost groceries and meds due to your incompetence. Tried to explain situation to your telephone people but none of them seemed to be able to speak English. When I requested to speak to an English speaking supervisor. - was told no supervisor on duty. Your advertisement "Next day service" is a bold face lie - I would not in good conscience be able to recommend Sears repair to any one. Throughly disappointed in Sears - have trusted you for years and in the last five weeks you blew all that trust out the window.

He fixed our dryer and cleaned it out, as well as cleaning the filter in the dishwasher and cleaning the coils on our refrigerator. He was friendly and polite and explained the things he was doing. Great service!
