Jeffrey called to let me know when he would be at our house and arrived promptly at that time. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He explained everything he was doing as he worked on the back of the bottom freezer drawer with a steamer for quite some time in order to melt the ice that was blocking the airflow and causing the fan blades to make a strange noise. I can't say enough about the great job he did. And he was a pleasure to talk to.
