Justin showed up on time and was quite professional and helpful. We decided not to have the repair done due to the age of the laundry center and the cost of the part and labor. He did, however, offer us the warranty available which we were going to purchase, only to find out it is not available in our zip code, 26755. We were most displeased with that company decision.

Stove top repair tech
The technician came first thing this morning, which would normally be a rare event. Unfortunately, since I was not expecting that early, I had to ask if he could wait until I put my dog in a different part of the house. Jamal was very patient and waited a bit for me to open the front door. He was polite and introduced himself to me. After troubleshooting the problem, he repaired what the last tech did not fix and explained what the problem was to me. He accepted my profuse apologies for having him wait. I am grateful Jamal was able to repair the burner and that it is still in correct working order after his departure.
