Refrigerator repair
Tech was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Cleaned up behind himself. I'm not really thrilled about the way the service department is run. I've had the same problem with this refrigerator three times now. Explained the problem in my original email and when he came out the first time, he didn't have the parts. Parts were ordered and he came back a week later. Fixed it with the parts ordered. Didn't get to our house until 5:30. I'm a field tech and a service manager for a different industry. We try to make one visit.
