The technician was knowledgeable and top notch!! The HVAC system was restored and it was money well spent!! I felt he went above and beyond and if I had a choice when submitting a claim Jovone would be the one I want to see each time.

Excellent Service
Brian arrived, immediately went to work on my washer. He reviewed the parts that had been delivered and proceeded to run the washer through its cycles. He found that a part, that lets the washer know how fast it is spinning was not working and needed replacing. He checked for the part to be available locally to no avail. He called his office to report what was wrong and waited for them to contact Choice Home Warranty for further instructions. He explained the process and was extremely informative, relieving me of a great deal of concern. Choice elected to replace, rather than repair so Brian picked up the parts, returned my machine to it's rightful place and left.

AC Unit.
He was not the proper tech for this portable AC/HEAT PUMP unit and told me He took the information on the unit and started contacting Chioce, so that the correct technician can come out and do the necessary repairs

Brian was absolutely great from the moment he walked in the door. He was able to quickly diagnose our issue. Showed me what he found and how it was the source of the issue. Repair was very quick and clean and he educated me on his process and told me what to watch for going forward. Everything is working as it should be.
