EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN
Brian was absolutely great from the moment he walked in the door. He was able to quickly diagnose our issue. Showed me what he found and how it was the source of the issue. Repair was very quick and clean and he educated me on his process and told me what to watch for going forward. Everything is working as it should be.

Online shopping is trash
I tried to make a purchase online and could get nowhere with the rep. He couldn't even get my credit card to work. I finally had to travel to the store to make my purchase. My card had a 0 balance and no payments due so I don't know what the real problem was. It should have been a lot easier to take care of.

Not understood
I was totally happy with the results. I was glad that he was able to perform all of the service from the front of the Dryer, otherwise stuff would have had to be disconnected. Everything worked out great. The Tech came with the necessary parts, so he was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. The Tech was polite and obviously proficient.
