Everything about Brian was professional. Quick to diagnose the problem, explain it and quick to fix it. Offered good advice to maintain and keep your appliance up and running. Didn't try to rush through the job. Felt like we were his only customer and our problems were a priority. Definitely request and highly recommend Brian when making a service call.

Brian came to our home to repair a broke dryer. Although I know what the issue was he took the time and care to diagnose the issue with the dryer. He was professional, thorough and real easy to get along with. Fortunately he had the part required to address and repair the dryer with him. Brian and Sears Home Services has our highest recommendation and ill use them again if any need arises.
