Walter had worked on our dishwasher numerous times. He has basically rebuilt the entire thing since we bought it. This time he made sure that our dishwasher was working for Christmas. He even had to leave to obtain an additional part - driving to Norfolk from Virginia Beach and back to finish the job. Walter is friendly and in the future, I will always request him for the job!

Tech was fine. Arrived right on time. Quickly fixed the problem. No new parts were needed, In and out in 15 minutes! Sears charged $400.00. Lesson learned
