Mark provided excellent service in replacing the parts which had been ordered early July! After 3 appts canx/re-scheduled by service techs since that time, mark arrived as scheduled..even sent text when he was on his way. Very much appreciated his promptness and expertise. He educated me on the problem I've been having which no other service ce rep had mentioned. Hope all is going on d going forward.

Dryer repair by Brian
Sears Home Services sent Brian to repair our Samsung dryer. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Part arrived and he returned to install it. Dryer was fixed. Brian was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Rob was excellent! My refrigerator has problems inside the door and after several repairs someone should have found this. I am elderly in my 70s and can't believe this lasted only 3 years. I have been a Sears Kenmore customer since 1969….. shame on the treatment of old people. I need a replacement…. Not a service repair. My lawyer will contact you
